The Open Door is operated via RippleNav, an independent project based in Australia. Reach us at privacy@ripplenav.org. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
The Open Door is an online Instrumental Transcommunication (ITC) consultation and exploration interface. It is not a medical device, not a psychological therapy, and not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or spiritual counsel. Answers, readings, and interpretations generated through the interface are provided for personal self-exploration. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional.
The Open Door is for adults. You must be eighteen or over, or the age of majority where you live. You confirm this when you create your account, and buying questions also requires a payment card. The confirmation and its date are kept on your account.
Your account and payment details are managed through our unified platform backend hosted by Cloudflare and processed by Stripe. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
Any complimentary usage or trial access granted carries no monetary value and creates no liability if discontinued. If paid access or purchased question processing is unavailable for a continuous period of more than 30 days due to our fault, you may request a refund for the unused paid period or unused question credits. Nothing beyond that amount is owed.
Questions bought in a batch are valid for 1 month from the day of purchase. Unused questions lapse after that date. Readings you have already received are kept.
We instruct you to not enter personal information in your question. By submitting a question at The Open Door, you acknowledge and agree that your question and the generated reply are transmitted to third-party artificial intelligence providers (such as DeepSeek) to generate the written interpretation. Data sent outside our infrastructure is governed by the external provider's privacy and terms policies. Nothing is sent until you press to receive an answer.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, bypass billing mechanisms, share paid credits unlawfully, or harvest account data. Accounts that abuse the service or violate applicable laws will be closed.
The service is provided “as is”. Outcomes, interpretations, and readings vary and are not guaranteed. You interact with The Open Door at your own risk and discretion. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Questions, generated replies, readings, and session notes are stored in encrypted form in your account. You can delete individual readings at the desk or download/close your account entirely via the Account page. Inactive accounts without active balances or pending questions may be purged according to our retention schedule after advance warning.
We may update these terms. Continued use of The Open Door after changes constitutes acceptance.
