RippleNav is an instrument for personal exploration. It is not a medical device, not a therapy, and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. No healing claim is made. If you are in crisis, contact a qualified professional.
Free accounts include onboarding, lessons 1–4 (steps that carry quizzes must be passed to continue, and reading steps only need to be opened) and a fixed amount of RippleNav time. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.
Membership is $15/month, billed by Stripe until cancelled. Cancelling stops future billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Access granted without payment, including the free lessons, tester access, translator access, and any other gift of access, is a courtesy. It is not a purchase and it carries no monetary value. If the service is discontinued, or if it is unavailable for any period, no payment, refund, credit or compensation is owed for any period of complimentary access.
If paid access is unavailable for a continuous period of more than 30 days, and the fault is ours, you may ask for a refund of the unused paid period. Nothing beyond that period is owed.
Recorded list practice toward the advanced tier is paced: up to four hours count in a single day, then the practice clock rests until the next day. This limit protects your wellbeing, not your access. RippleNav itself and the practice lists stay available whenever you need them, and the limit may be changed or disabled by us at any time.
Questions cost $5 each and are answered personally, in order, usually within a few days. The fee applies whether or not a refund is later requested. Refunds for technical failures are decided case by case.
A member who has passed the full curriculum may apply to answer paid questions as a consultant. A consultant who answers a question earns a discount on their own membership. The reward is a discount on a subscription the member already holds. It has no cash value, it cannot be paid out, and it is not transferable.
Each question answered and delivered earns 10 per cent of the membership price. The discount applies to the next billing period. It is counted from the questions answered in the previous month and it does not carry over, so a month with no answers earns nothing for that month.
This discount is separate from the referral discount and applies beside it. The two together never exceed one hundred per cent of the membership price. An account that carries a referral discount of eighty per cent may therefore earn up to a further twenty per cent from consulting.
If a question is refunded, the discount that answer earned is withdrawn.
The platform may change the rate, the window and the cap on reasonable notice. A change does not reduce a discount that has already been applied to a past invoice.
Do not attempt to bypass gating, share paid content, harvest accounts, or use the service in any unlawful way. We may close accounts that abuse the service.
The service is provided “as is”. Outcomes with the instrument vary and are not guaranteed, and no healing claim is made. You use RippleNav at your own risk, in your own judgement, and at your own pace.
An inactive account may be removed. An account is inactive when it is not paying, holds no free access, is not an admin, has no question waiting for an answer, and has shown no activity for six months (no lesson progress and no recorded practice) or twelve months (some progress or recorded practice). One warning email is sent thirty days before removal, and signing in once keeps the account. Accounts with four hundred recorded hours of practice, or the advanced tier open, are not removed for inactivity.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
Session notes you keep on the practice page are encrypted, and are deleted together with a dormant account under the account purge described above. Export is not offered, so anything you want to keep should be kept outside RippleNav as well.
